Conflicts Management

The impact of complaints: new requirements, new challenges.

August 10, 2020

Smarter Compliance. It’s not entirely reasonable to blame institutional licensees for ASIC’s focus of Internal Dispute Resolution; while ASIC’s Close and Continuous Monitoring Program exposed the deficiencies of these Licensees’ processes, both REPORT 603 and the Royal Commission, highlighted that customer experiences were often, at best, sub-optimal.
